Service, Sacrifice, Success
While coordinating wreath-laying ceremonies each December on National Wreaths Across America Day is the most visible part of what we do, our mission to Remember, Honor, and Teach is carried out throughout the year. We understand we have Veterans Day in the fall and Memorial Day in the spring, but our service members and veterans deserve (and sometimes need) our support all year round. At WAA we believe it's our responsibility to invest in our living Veterans so that they may thrive in our communities.
Over the last 15 years through our $5 back sponsorship group program, WAA has given back nearly $32 million to organizations around the country; enabling them to provide care for our service members, veterans, and their families.
Wreaths Across America believes in a "no wrong door" approach to serving our Veterans. We're often asked, "I'm worried, and I don't know who to ask?" In the interest of promoting a whole community approach, we've attempted to compile a list of those resources.
Our list is constantly growing; if you are an organization providing support to veterans in your community please select the "Add A Resource" button above.

Are You Ready to Listen?
Each and every one of us plays a part in preventing Veteran Suicide. Those who served were there for us when the Country called on them, we need to be there for them when they come home.
REMEMBER:
- There is no shame in asking for help.
- You can get your best life back.
- We all want to get you all the way home!
- These might be tough problems, but they are solvable problems.
Get Involved
Since its founding in 2007, WAA has partnered with hundreds of like-minded charities, community programs, and civic groups throughout the country to remember and honor our nation’s veterans and active-duty military all year long.
Through the program, donations received in fact ‘do good twice’ because WAA gives back $5 of each $17 wreath sponsorship made to support the local group’s own mission, which includes programs helping veterans, military families, youth, and more, in communities across the country. Through this national program, WAA has given back more than $32 million in local contributions over the last 13 years.
