Wreaths Across America Radio and At Ease Magazine Looking Forward to a Third Year of Amplifying the Voices of the Veteran Community
Since August 2024, Wreaths Across America Radio and At Ease magazine have partnered to amplify the voices of America’s veterans through an ongoing, monthly collaboration. Together, the two platforms bring veteran stories to life through both radio and print, creating meaningful connections within the military and veteran communities.
Each month, Wreaths Across America Radio highlights content from the latest issue ofAt Ease magazine through interviews and on-air discussions focused on veteran-centric topics. In turn, At Ease features a Wreaths Across America Radio host or partner. This year At Ease Executive Editor Eli Wohlenhaus joins Wreaths Across America Radio live on the third Monday of each month at 12 pm ET to preview upcoming stories and share behind-the-scenes insights.
Over the past year, this collaboration has spotlighted a wide range of voices and moments, including At Ease’s coverage of the 2025 Wreaths Across America Escort to Arlington (read here). Throughout 2025, listeners and readers got a look at those “behind the mic” at Wreaths Across America Radio, including podcasters, advocates, and storytellers whose work continues to inform, inspire, and serve the military community.
Heading into 2026, the partnership “keeps moving forward,” as it builds on the momentum of the past year. The January/February issue of At Ease features Ron Nussbaum, a Marine Corps veteran who uses his podcast, Construction Champions, to support veterans working in the construction industry. Nussbaum’s feature marks the beginning of the next chapter in a collaboration that continues to grow and support the voices of the veteran community.
