Wreaths Across America’s Mobile Education Exhibit to Participate in National Memorial Day Parade

COLUMBIA FALLS, Maine, and Washington, D.C. — May 19, 2025 — Wreaths Across America (WAA) proudly announces that its Mobile Education Exhibit (MEE) will participate in the National Memorial Day Parade in Washington, D.C., on Monday, May 26, from 2 p.m. to 4 p.m. ET. Join WAA in honoring and remembering our nation’s heroes and their legacy of service. The parade will be broadcast on over 200 local TV stations nationwide.

The MEE provides an opportunity to unite the local community, veterans, active-duty military personnel, and their families through interactive exhibits, short films, and shared stories. The exhibit is a mobile museum that educates visitors about the yearlong mission and our nation’s heroes. In partnership with the United States of America Vietnam War Commemoration, the MEE serves as an official ‘Welcome Home’ location for our nation’s Vietnam veterans.

“The mission of Wreaths Across America is to Remember the fallen, Honor those who serve, and Teach the next generation the value of freedom,” said Karen Worcester, executive director of WAA. “The Mobile Education Exhibit provides a unique opportunity for communities to come together and share the stories of those who served and sacrificed.”

Find out what is happening and where the MEE is every Tuesday at 8:15 a.m. ET as part of Wreaths Across America Radio’s Trucking Tuesday line-up. Listen live on the iHeart, TuneIn, or Audacy apps or at www.wreathsacrossamerica.org/radio.

To host the MEE in your community, to participate in a parade, a school-related or veterans’ organization, or a public or private event, please click here to learn more and make a request.
