REMEMBER the Fallen. . . HONOR those who Serve. . . TEACH our children the value of Freedom.
Welcome to Central Arkansas Cemeteries and thank you deeply for helping us with our goal to honor as many veterans as possible on Wreaths Across America Day.This is not your typical Wreaths Across America page, because it does not represent a single cemetery. Rather, it represents many cemeteries in the central Arkansas area where veterans and fallen military service members are buried. Arkansas Run for the Fallen is a 501c3 organization whose mission it to honor Arkansans who have died while serving our country. We made a commitment to do our best to ensure that every hero that is honored in our memorial (https://arkansasrunforthefallen.org/heroes) receives a wreath, no matter where they are buried and that is why this location was formed. We also had requests from family members of veterans in the central Arkansas area for how they could purchase a remembrance wreath that they could personally deliver to a private cemetery and we found that this option works best for meeting that need. On Wreaths across America Day we will be participating in the ceremony at Little Rock National Cemetery.
Ceremony at 11am at Little Rock National Cemetery, located at 2523 Springer Blvd, Little Rock, AR 72206. Volunteers are welcome to pick up their sponsored wreaths following the ceremony at Little Rock National Cemetery for placement at the Arkansas Area Cemeteries. A flag line will be staged at Little Rock National Cemetery to unload the trucks prior to the cemetery. Volunteers are welcome.
Please join us there to Remember, Honor, and Teach.Again, this page is only for wreaths that will be picked up on from our group located in Beebe If you need to pick it up on the December 14, 2024 (Wreath Placement Immediately Following Ceremony) after the ceremony, we can bring the trailer of wreaths with us then too, just contact us to let us know and we will find a location in Little Rock to give you the wreath after the ceremony. Please click "View" to learn more about our effort or to volunteer to help or click "Sponsor" to purchase wreaths that will be laid on the graves of our fallen heroes by our loyal volunteers.
