We are the John Paul Jones Chapter of the Washington State Society of the Sons of the American Revolution. Fundraising Code is WA0003P
Please help us Remember, Honor, and Teach on 16 December at 0845 at Ivy Green Cemetery in Bremerton or at 1:00 at Bethel Cemetery in Port Orchard by sponsoring a wreath, volunteering, or inviting friends to help. Ceremony will start promptly at those times followed by individual placement of Wreaths on the Veteran's Graves. Following the Ceremony and wreath placement at Bethel Cemetery a short reception will be held at Grace Bible Church in Port Orchard. After the reception we will caravan to the other smaller cemeteries on the outskirts of Port Orchard. Over 1000 wreaths will be placed this year on the graves of the Veterans in 10 Cemeteries in Kitsap County.

Directions to Cemetery
The address to the Ivy Green Cemetery is 1401 Naval Ave Bremerton. Entrance is on Naval Avenue between 13th and 15th Street.
The address to Bethel Cemetery is 1590 SE Lider RD. Cemetery is located between the ST. Bedes and Grace Bible Churches. Navigation systems do an adequate job finding the cemetery. When you arrive, please follow the people and signs to the site of the ceremony itself.
Parking Instructions
Parking for the Ivy Green Cemetery is along 15th Street, and in the small parking lot off of 13th. Walking in along Naval Avenue. Check in table will be just inside of Naval Avenue entrance.
Parking at the Bethel Cemetery is at St. Bedes or Grace Bible Church. There is plenty of parking for this cemetery, so feel free to park in any available spot.
Ceremony and Volunteer Information
We are happy that you are willing to help with our Wreath Across America ceremony at Ivy Green Cemetery Bremerton and our 10 additional Cemeteries. Please do not forget to register to volunteer! That way you will get all updates about the cemetery itself.
Here are some things to remember about the ceremony:
- Everyone of all ages and backgrounds is welcome.
- Please help ensure that all participants get the opportunity to place a wreath.
- Please follow the location coordinators instructions on where to place wreaths, as well as "how" they should be placed.
- We especially appreciate volunteers willing to help clean-up. Please check in with the location coordinator if you are interested in helping with the clean-up of the wreaths in January. Date will be posted later,
The most important thing to remember is to have a wonderful experience participating in the ceremony and thank you so much for help Wreaths achieve our mission to remember, honor and teach.

Welcome to WAIGCB and thank you deeply for helping us with our goal to honor as many veterans as possible on Wreaths Across America Day, December 14, 2024 (Wreath Placement Immediately Following Ceremony).
