Ceremony and Volunteer Information

We are happy that you are willing to help with our Wreath Across America ceremony at Grandview Cemetery. There is no need to register to volunteer - just show up with your family and friends!  If the ceremony needs to be rescheduled due to weather, details will be disseminated on our Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/Wreaths Across America - Grandview Cemetery).

Here are some things to remember about the ceremony:

• Everyone of all ages and backgrounds is welcome.
• Safety of each participant is a priority.  Please dress appropriate for the weather.
• Ceremonies around the world will be starting at the same moment, so please be on time.  Our ceremony will start promptly at 9:00 am.
• Please help ensure that all participants get the opportunity to place a wreath.  We will be laying over 550 wreaths, so each person should be able to place several wreaths.
• Please follow the location coordinator's instructions on where to place wreaths, as well as "how" they should be placed.
• We especially appreciate volunteers willing to help clean-up in January. Please check in with the location coordinator (Sally Van Horn) if you are interested in helping with the clean-up.
