Welcome to the Savannah Chapter NSDAR’s Wreaths Across America Page. 

On December, 13, Savannah Chapter NSDAR will be helping Georgia Veterans Memorial Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes.

Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you.

Teaching Character through Conflict: The Medal of Honor Character Development Program

The Medal of Honor Character Development Program (MOH CDP) has grown since 2009 to include lessons that can be used with over 115 primary source videos in which Recipients tell their own stories.

Navigation systems do an adequate job finding the cemetery. When you arrive, please follow the people and signs to the site of the ceremony.

Attendees will be directed to parking areas.

Ceremony and Volunteer Information

Anyone who attends our ceremony will be able to place at least one wreath.  Family members will place their wreaths first.

Welcome to the Wreaths Across America location page for Arlington National Cemetery. As one of the largest veteran cemeteries in the United States, the goal of placing a wreath on every marker is lofty. Our volunteers are committed to Remembering and Honoring our nation’s veterans through the laying of wreaths on the graves of our country’s fallen heroes and the act of saying the name of each veteran aloud. Please help Wreaths Across America reach our goal by sponsoring a veteran's wreath and register to join us on December 19, 2026 at 08:00 am (EST) (Wreath Placement Wreath Placement begins at 8:00 a.m. with placement at the Tomb of the Unknown at noon) as we place the veterans' wreaths.
