On December 14, 2024 at 12:00 pm (Wreath Placement Immediately Following Ceremony), NY0009P - Dutchess County Cadet Squadron, CAP NY159 will be Remembering and Honoring our veterans by laying Remberance wreaths on the graves of our country's falllen heroes at  St. Denis Church Cemetery.  

Please help us honor and remember as many of our heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, and/or inviting your family and friends to attend the ceremony with you.

In Memory Of for Jacob Baker, Army, Honored by St. Denis Church Cemetery

In memory of SGT Jacob Baker, US Army, who began his military career at age 12 in USAF Aux, Civil Air Patrol, Dutchess County Cadet Squadron, and served honorably as 2LT, Dep. Cadet Commander, & Color Guard Commander. And, in gratitude for CAP, and all it does to teach leadership, discipline & selfless service to youth.

Navigation systems do an adequate job finding the cemetery. When you arrive, please follow the people and signs to the site of the ceremony itself.

Parking Instructions

There is plenty of parking at this cemetery, so feel free to park in any available spot.

Ceremony and Volunteer Information

We are happy that you would like to attend our Wreath Across America ceremony at St. Denis Church Cemetery. 

Here are some things to remember about the ceremony:

  • Everyone of all ages and backgrounds is welcome to attend the ceremony.
  • We especially appreciate volunteers willing to help clean-up. Please check in with the location coordinator if you are interested in helping with the clean-up.

The most important thing to remember is to have a wonderful experience attending the ceremony and thank you so much for helping Wreaths Across America achieve our mission to remember, honor and teach.
