Paul,Your zest for life made me follow in your foot steps, and your determination in life is what guided me to also be successful in my own. I hate that you are gone way too early, but brother we will now stand the watch for you! May you rest in peace knowing that you lived a full life of service, touched many hearts, and will always hold a special place in my heart. Give Dad a hug for me. Love you,Alex

Here are some things to remember about the ceremony:
- Everyone of all ages and backgrounds is welcome.
- Please help ensure that all participants get the opportunity to place a wreath, especially family members of those interred at ALNC. Family members place their loved one's wreaths immediately following the ceremony followed by other volunteers to place the remaining wreaths.
- In order to give all who volunteer an opportunity to place a wreath, please take only one or two wreaths at a time for placement.
- Please follow the location coordinators' instructions on when and where to place wreaths, as well as "how" they should be placed.
- We especially appreciate volunteers willing to help clean-up. Please check in with the location coordinators if you are interested in helping with the clean-up after the ceremony and/or wreath removal in January.
- Detail updates may be found https://scalnc.org
The most important thing to remember is to have a wonderful experience participating in the ceremony. Thank you so much for your help in achieving our mission to remember, honor and teach.
