For the contributions of the more than 5,000 Black soldiers who fought during the American Revolutionary War. Their efforts paved the way and helped to create history.

Corporal John Charles Freniere who served his nation in combat in DaNang and who is now rightfully resting in Arlington National Cemetery. Miss you, brother! Love, Bobby, Colonel (Ret.)

In memory of my father and mother Senior Master Sergeant Robert Freniere, USAF (Ret.) (WWII & Korea) and my mother his Service wife for 27 years and in memory of my brother John Charles Freniere, Corporal, US Army (DaNang). Love, Son Bobby and Brother Bobby, Colonel (Ret.)
