LIVE! Wreaths Across America Appreciation Rally - Sponsored by FASTPORT and Tenstreet
Wreaths Across America (WAA) is pleased to announce title sponsors FASTPORT, and Tenstreet will support the annual Appreciation Dinner the eve of National Wreaths Across America Day 2022. This annual event is a celebration of the efforts made by thousands of volunteers across the country, supporters, and the trucking industry to fulfill the mission to Remember, Honor, and Teach.
**Hosted in-person in Washington DC, we will be streaming the entire program LIVE!**
The evening's program will include highlights of initiatives completed in 2022 that have helped advance the mission to hundreds of new participating locations and thousands of new volunteers around the country. The event will be live-streamed on Wreaths Across America's Official Facebook Page, as well as on Wreaths Across America Radio. For the fourth year, professional truck drivers delivering veterans' wreaths for placement at Arlington National Cemetery will be sponsored by Pilot Flying J and will receive a token of recognition from the company and Truckload Carriers Association (TCA) during the event.
The high point of the evening will be the keynote speaker, Chaplain (LTC) S. Pinkie Fischer. LTC Fischer currently serves as the Assistant Executive Officer for the U.S. Army Chief of Chaplains and is a highly decorated officer having earned the Bronze Star Medal and Meritorious Service Medal among many others. She served as Chaplain to the 82nd Airborne during the U.S. Armed Forces withdrawal of Afghanistan in August 2021.
---
This year, more than 3,600 local communities will honor service members laid to rest with the placement of more than 2.5 million veterans’ wreaths as part of National Wreaths Across America Day – Saturday, Dec. 17, 2022.

What does it mean to sponsor a wreath? It means you are supporting a yearlong mission to Remember the fallen, Honor those that serve and Teach the next generation the value of freedom. Your sponsorship will support the new and existing programs developed to share the mission. And, it will place a wreath to honor an American hero at one of more than 4,400 participating locations this year on National Wreaths Across America Day – a day set aside to lay gathers as Americans with the same goal.
We can’t do that without your support, though. Your sponsorship will ensure that a wreath is hand-crafted of all-American balsam and hand-tied with a red velvet bow here in Columbia Falls, Maine. It will then be sent to one of our participating locations, where a volunteer will place it on the marker of a hero. That volunteer will then “say their name” to ensure that the legacy of duty, service and sacrifice is never forgotten.
So, what does it mean to sponsor a wreath? It means you have the opportunity to join a grateful nation in saying “thank you” to those who stepped up to serve.
*Please Note: Specific locations designated as "ceremonial-only" accept a limited number of sponsorships. Any additional sponsorships received beyond those used for the ceremony will be distributed to other locations.
