Directions to Cemetery
Navigation systems do an adequate job finding the cemetery. When you arrive, please follow the people and signs to the site of the ceremony and/or wreath laying.
Wreath Laying Ceremony will be held at the Veterans Park on North Road in Chelmsford, MA at 11;00 AM
Participating Cemeteries for Wreath Laying to begin at 12:00 PM:
Pine Ridge Cemetery - 130 Billerica Road, Chelmsford, MA
Fairview Cemetery - 28 Main Street, North Chelmsford, MA
Hart Pond Cemetery - 14 Garrison Road South Chelmsford, MA
Forefathers Burying Ground - Chelmsford Center
Riverside Cemetery - Middlesex Street, North Chelmsford, MA (across from St. John's Church)
West Chelmsford Cemetery - 43 Strawberry Hill Rd, North Chelmsford, MA
Parking Instructions
There is plenty of parking at the cemeteries, so feel free to park in any available spot.
- Do not park in the grass
- Leave room for cars to drive through
Ceremony and Volunteer Information
We are happy that you are willing to help with our Wreath Across America ceremony at Veterans Memorial Park. Please do not forget to register to volunteer! That way you will get all updates about the ceremony and the wreath laying.
Here are some things to remember about the ceremony and wreath laying events:
- Everyone of all ages and backgrounds is welcome.
- Please help ensure that all participants get the opportunity to place a wreath.
- Please follow the location coordinators instructions on where to place wreaths, as well as "how" they should be placed.
- We especially appreciate volunteers willing to help clean-up. Please check in with the location coordinator if you are interested in helping with the clean-up.
The most important thing to remember is to have a wonderful experience participating in the ceremony and thank you so much for your support in our mission to remember, honor and teach.
