Because the veterans we honor aren’t strangers — they are our family members, neighbors, friends, and loved ones. Each wreath placed is a personal act of gratitude and remembrance. Year after year, our community comes together to ensure every veteran is remembered. That unity is what makes Denville so special.
The effort to sponsor wreaths, raise funds, and volunteer isn’t about recognition; it’s about compassion. Every wreath sponsored in Denville — at $17 each — is someone saying “I remember. I care.” That spirit of giving strengthens our community bonds and honors our values.

Directions to Cemetery
Navigation systems do an adequate job finding the cemetery. The ceremony will take place in the upper parking lot of Gardner Field. Ther ceremony starts promptly at noon. Thank you.
Parking Instructions
Please park in the parking lots at Gardner or next to the cemetery. The entrance to the cemetery will be closed to traffic that day. Thank youCeremony and Volunteer Information
We are happy that you are willing to help with our Wreath Across America ceremony at Denville Cemetery. Please do not forget to register to volunteer! That way you will get all updates about the cemetery itself.
If you are a group of more than 10 please contact me at 973-224-3295 before volunteering. Thank you.
Here are some things to remember about the ceremony:
- Everyone of all ages and backgrounds is welcome.
- Please help ensure that all participants get the opportunity to place a wreath.
- Please follow the location coordinators instructions on where to place wreaths, as well as "how" they should be placed.
- We especially appreciate volunteers willing to help clean-up.
The most important thing to remember is to have a wonderful experience participating in the ceremony and thank you so much for your help in achieving our mission to remember, honor and teach.
