REMEMBER the Fallen. . . HONOR those who Serve. . . TEACH our children the value of Freedom.

Welcome to the PA0134 - Marine Corps League Washington County Detachment 1138 Wreaths Across America Page.  We participate in the $5 Forward Program."  For every wreath purchased, $5 will be credited toward the purchase of another wreath.  100% of all of our fundraising efforts go directly toward the purchase of wreaths for our Fallen.

Our Detachment has been fundraising for the Wreath Across America program to benefit the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies since 2015. Each year our fundraising goals have increased. In 2025, we were fortunate to have received $16,240 in donations. Because 100% of all donations we collected went toward the purchase of wreaths and we participated in the "Wreaths Match Program," we were able to place 1,468 wreaths at the Cemetery.

Through December 31, 2025, Wreaths Across America is conducting a Match Campaign. This special program will DOUBLE all donations made through our group!  Please note that the match will only be honored for online orders, as well as checks dated and postmarked between December 13 and December 31, 2025.  Since the campaign's timeframe is shorter this year, we ask you to make your donation online at wreathsacrossamerica.org/PA0134 or mail your donation directly to Wreaths Across America at P.O. Box 249, Columbia Falls, ME 04623.  Checks should be made payable to "Wreaths Across America" and our group number, PA1034, should be wrote in the memo section of your check.  This will assure your donation will go to our local National Cemetery of the Alleghenies and appear on our Wreaths Report.

As an added bonus, Texas Roadhouse of Washington has again partnered with us to encourage participation in this year's Match Program.  For every two wreaths purchased at $34, we will provide you with a $25 Texas Roadhouse gift card.  This "bonus deal" will continue until we have exhausted the gift cards provided to us.  We will periodically check our online Wreaths account to see who has donated.  However, if you would like to drop us an email to provide your mailing address, that would be helpful.

We are proud to be part of the effort which has covered each and every grave of our Fallen for the eleventh year in a row! This success could not have been achieved without the generosity of people like you . . . and we are truly grateful! Please accept our heartfelt thanks to all who have donated through us and for remembering and honoring our Fallen Heroes.  Here's to the twelfth year of covering all graves at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies!  Won't you join us in achieving this goal in 2026?

Directions to Cemetery

Address: National Cemetery of the Alleghenies is located at 1158 Morgan Rd. Bridgeville, PA 15017

Parking: We are very blessed to have an outpour of community support for our event. Because of this, traffic and parking can be very challenging. We encourage you to carpool and plan to arrive early if possible as parking is limited. We will have the local police to help manage traffic again this year.

Carpool Parking Lot: We have once again secured a carpool parking lot at Crown Castle for the ceremony! If possible, we encourage you to carpool and park at Crown Castle in Southpointe: 1500 Corporate Dr. Canonsburg, PA 15317. Please park in the 1500 lot. Please note there are no public restrooms available at the parking lot.

Parking Instructions

For our annual wreath laying ceremony in December, we are blessed to receive an abundance of support from our community and average an attendance of around 3,000 volunteers every year. To that end, traffic and parking can be very challenging. Please give yourself plenty of time to get here when planning your commute. We are working with the local police department as well as the VA police again this year to help manage traffic.

Ceremony and Volunteer Information

Each year, approximately 2,000 new veterans are laid to rest at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. Therefore, the need for wreaths is always growing. Each handmade, fresh, live wreath is made in the United States with Maine balsam. The cost to sponsor one wreath is $17. We are grateful for any amount of generosity you can offer and are appreciative of your time for consideration.

On behalf of Wreaths Across America, the volunteers, and families of those laid to rest at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies, we thank you for your support.
