Welcome to Deloitte Tampa's Wreaths Across America Page. On December 13, 2025 at 12:00 pm, Deloitte Tampa will be helping to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying veteran’s wreaths on the graves of our country's military members.
Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring veteran’s wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you. You may choose to support one of many locations by doing the following:
To Sponsor Wreaths:
1. Select "Sponsor Wreaths."
2. Select "Location to Support." There is a drop-down menu on the right of "American Legion Veterans Cemetery Post 5."
3. Scroll through the list to select your location of choice.
4 . If a participating cemetery you would like to support is not listed, scroll to the bottom of the list and select "choose another cemetery to support." You will enter that cemetery name, and your donation will count towards our goal.
To Volunteer:
1. Select "Volunteer".
2. Select a location to volunteer. If the cemetery is not listed, select "Lookup by Cemetery Name" OR " Lookup by City or Postal Code".
3. Complete Registration.

Wreaths Across America Presents Annual REMEMBER Award to Robert “Bob” Freeman of North Carolina
On Monday, June 23, national nonprofit Wreaths Across America (WAA) recognized Robert “Bob” Freeman of Gastonia, North Carolina, as the ninth recipient of the organization’s REMEMBER Award. This award is given annually to an individual or group who Remembers the fallen and their sacrifice in a way that goes above and beyond.

Directions to Cemetery
Navigation systems do an adequate job finding the cemetery. When you arrive, please follow the people and signs to the site of the ceremony itself.
Parking Instructions
The main parking lot beside the American Legion Post will be reserved for HANDICAP PARKING. Overflow parking will be in a lot on the south side of Roland Ave. Signs will be posted for both areas.Ceremony and Volunteer Information
We are happy that you are willing to help with our Wreath Across America ceremony at American Legion Veterans Cemetery Post 5. Please do not forget to register to volunteer! That way you will get all updates about the cemetery itself.
Here are some things to remember about the ceremony:
- Everyone of all ages and backgrounds is welcome.
- Please help ensure that all participants get the opportunity to place a wreath.
- Please follow the location coordinators instructions on where to place wreaths, as well as "how" they should be placed.
- We especially appreciate volunteers willing to help clean-up. Please check in with the location coordinator if you are interested in helping with the clean-up.
The most important thing to remember is to have a wonderful experience participating in the ceremony and thank you so much for help Wreaths achieve our mission to remember, honor and teach.
