REMEMBER the Fallen. . . HONOR those who Serve. . . TEACH our children the value of Freedom.
Welcome to The People’s Patriot Project, where our mission is rooted in honor, remembrance, and continued support for those who have served our nation. One of the ways we live that mission is by proudly partnering with Wreaths Across America to help fill Fort Snelling National Cemetery with wreaths—each one placed to honor a service member who gave their time, service, and sacrifice.
We are grateful and excited that you are willing to stand with us in supporting the Wreaths Across America Ceremony at Fort Snelling. There are two meaningful ways you can help. The first is by sponsoring a wreath, ensuring that a service member’s headstone is honored and their name is remembered. The second is by volunteering on December 13, 2025, joining us as we place wreaths throughout the cemetery and speak each name aloud—because saying their name ensures their legacy lives on.
At The People’s Patriot Project, we believe it is often the smallest acts that carry the greatest meaning. We have heard countless stories from families who visit their loved ones and are deeply moved when they see a wreath placed in remembrance. That simple gesture brings comfort, pride, and a powerful reminder that their sacrifice is not forgotten.
This is where you come in.
For just $17, you can sponsor a wreath and take part in a national mission to remember, honor, and teach. One wreath. One name. One moment of gratitude that lasts far beyond the season. If you are able, consider sponsoring multiple wreaths or bringing your family, friends, or team to volunteer and experience this powerful day of remembrance together.
Please take action today—sponsor a wreath, sign up to volunteer, and help us ensure that every service member at Fort Snelling is honored. Together, we can fill this sacred ground with gratitude, respect, and remembrance.
Thank you for supporting MN0081 – Fort Snelling donations through The People’s Patriot Project and Wreaths Across America.
Because together, we Remember. Together, we Honor. And together, we ensure they are never forgotten by Teaching our children the value of freedom.

Directions to Cemetery
Navigation systems do an adequate job finding the cemetery. When you arrive, you may enter Gate 1, 2, or 3 off of 34th St. The ceremony will be held at the main flag pole in front of the Visitors Center, which is marked as the thick circle on the map. Please allow ample time to park and arrive at the site before the ceremony starts.Parking Instructions
There is plenty of parking along the sides of the road. When parking, please allow room for other vehicles to pass. Please be thoughtful of those who may need clear access to the ceremony, and leave room for them near the flagpole. It was very busy last year, and many struggled to find parking close enough to make the walk. Handicap parking will be down Mallon Road on the left-hand side. If you need additional assistance, please let one of the Civil Air Patrol members know and they will assist you.
If you would like to have someone special honored with a wreath you can do so by going to:
- The National Gravesite Locator at https://gravelocator.cem.va.gov/ to find the information required to make the request.
- After finding the grave specific information, please go to the Wreaths Across America page at https://donate.wreathsacrossamerica.org/?pageId=34024&relatedId=16213&productId=116 and scroll down to find the “Grave Specific” button. To ensure the program works correctly, complete all the information (even the optional items) or we may not be able to place the wreath.
