The WI0082 – Daughters of the American Revolution, Governor Nelson Dewey Chapter and John Bell Chapter proudly participate in Wreaths Across America to ensure the service and sacrifice of our nation’s veterans are never forgotten. As descendants of patriots who fought for freedom, we carry forward their legacy by honoring those who defended it in every generation.

What makes our group special is the way we blend history, community, and remembrance. Each wreath laid at Forest Hill Cemetery is not just a symbol of gratitude—it is a teaching moment, a chance to share stories of courage with younger generations, and a way to connect our community to the values of service and sacrifice.

Visitors should know that when you support our group, you are helping us:

  • Remember the heroes resting at Forest Hill Cemetery.
  • Honor their service with dignity and respect.
  • Teach future generations about the cost of freedom and the importance of gratitude.

Together, we make sure no veteran is forgotten, and every family knows their loved one’s legacy endures.
