Welcome to the Black Mountain Foothills Chapter, NSDAR Wreaths Across America page.
On Saturday, December 13th at 9:00 am, Black Mountain Foothills Chapter, NSDAR will be helping the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona on Pinnacle Peak Road to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance Wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes. Come before 7:30 am to park and enjoy the ceremony before the wreath laying begins.
Also on, December 13th at 10:oo am, we will gather at the Cave Creek Memorial Cemetery, 36400 North Pima Road, Carefree to remember and lay wreaths on the graves of our local veterans. Please join us at the cemetery for a ceremony and just before we begin to lay wreaths. Parking is available in the parking lot just across the street from the cemetery or park along Pima Road.
Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you.

Directions to Cemetery
The Cave Creek Memorial Cemetery is located at 36400 North Pima Road, just south of the intersections of East Cave Creek Road and Pima Road, and on the east side of Pima Road.
Parking Instructions
There will be no parking available in the cemetery. Please park in the parking lot just across the street from the cemetery or park along Pima Rd.Ceremony and Volunteer Information
We are happy that you are willing to help with our Wreath Across America ceremony at Cave Creek Memorial Cemetery. Please do not forget to register to volunteer! That way you will get all updates about the cemetery itself.
Here are some things to remember about the ceremony:
- Everyone of all ages and backgrounds is welcome.
- Please help ensure that all participants get the opportunity to place a wreath.
- Please follow the location coordinators instructions on where to place wreaths, as well as "how" they should be placed.
- We especially appreciate volunteers willing to help clean-up. Please check in with the location coordinator if you are interested in helping with the clean-up.
The most important thing to remember is to have a wonderful experience participating in the ceremony and thank you so much for help Wreaths achieve our mission to remember, honor and teach.
