That you for your service Great Grandfather Joseph who enlisted on August 13, 1862 in Boston, NY at the age of 24 to serve with the Union in the NY 116th Regiment, Infantry Company F born on 5/15/1841 and discharged on 6/8/1865 as a coral, served 2 years 5 month & 19 days and was wounded 5/21/186 in Plain Store, Louisiana.
