REMEMBER the Fallen. . . HONOR those who Serve. . . TEACH our children the value of Freedom.

Welcome to the Danny Mariscal Memorial Fund, Inc Wreaths Across America Page.

On Saturday, December 14th @ 11 am, our group will be helping Historic Dunedin Municipal Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes. The heroes at this cemetery have served in wars as far back as the Civil War. We hope to have extra wreaths to place on veteran graves at Clearwater Municipal Cemetery as well, but no ceremony will take place there.

Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring $17 remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, and inviting your family and friends to sponsor and attend too!

Thank you so much for supporting the Danny Mariscal Memorial Fund, Inc., Dunedin Cemetery and Wreaths Across America!

Ceremony and Volunteer Information

We are glad that you are interested in National Wreaths Across America Day 2024 at Historic Dunedin Municipal Cemetery on Saturday, December 14th @ 11 am. Please don't forget to register yourself and/or your group so that we have an idea how many will be attending

Here are some things to remember about the ceremony:

  • Everyone is welcome...and we do mean EVERYONE!!!
  • Turn right as you enter the cemetery and park on the right edge where available as this 149 year old Victorian cemetery does not have a parking lot. No bathroom either, but the city provides a port a potty for this event,
  • Please follow the instructions on where/how to place the wreaths. We have shepherds hooks for the wreaths at Dunedin to be placed in back of the marker with the red ribbon straightened and on top.
  • Please check in with the location coordinator if you are interested in helping with the clean-up on Wreaths Out Day in mid January-we do it the same day as Arlington.

Don't forget to sponsor wreaths today, so all veterans receive one! Please share us with your friends and family!!
