We are blessed to receive an abundance of support from our community and average an attendance of around 3,000 volunteers every year. To that end, traffic and parking can be very challenging. Please give yourself plenty of time to get here when planning your commute. We are working with the local police department as well as the VA police again this year to help manage traffic.

Improved shuttle buses this year!
We are excited to share that this year we received very generous bus donations from AJ Myers and Sons in Carnegie and Monark Student Transportation Corp. in Crafton to provide shuttle bus transportation to and from our carpool parking lot.
We are so grateful and appreciative of their drivers who are going to volunteer their time to help us during the event. We will have the following shuttles running continuously from 9:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m.
7 buses - transport 48 adults per trip
1 bus - transport 54 adults per trip
2 busses - transport 56 adults per trip
4 minibuses - 20 people per trip
A big thank you to the American Legion Post 980 out of Plum. Volunteers from this organization will be serving as parking lot attendants to help manage the shuttle flow.
