Welcome to the Gaspar de Portola Chapter NSDAR (CA0578P)'s Wreaths Across America Page. 

On December 18 at 12:00 pm, 2021, Gaspar de Portola Chapter NSDAR (CA0578P) will be helping The Historic Union Cemetery of Redwood City to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes.

Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you.

Navigation systems do an adequate job finding the cemetery. When you arrive, please follow the people and signs to the site of the ceremony itself.

Parking Instructions

There is plenty of parking at this cemetery, so feel free to park in any available spot.

Ceremony and Volunteer Information

This year, the National Wreaths Across America Day event for our location will be held privately on Saturday, December 19th, 2020. We are making necessary modifications to our event plans to ensure the safety of all who attend and participate.

All sponsored veteran wreaths will be placed by a small group of core volunteers. If you need to make special arrangements, please contact our location coordinator at maggiecoleman@comcast.net. We look forward to having you join us at our event next year on Saturday, December 18th, 2021!
