A Tribute for Mark Kersting, Air Force, Honored by Fort Knox Cemetery

Some of us leave a small footprint on the world; Mark left an entire ocean. Our family is forever changed but the legacy that Mark gave his family is forever. Mark, we love you and thank you for the gifts you continue to give us. We keep our head up every day and carry on; some days we fail and some days we make you proud, but we try every day. Love always, DHR/CAC Family

Directions to Cemetery

When you come in the main gate for Fort Knox you will immediately see the Golf Course to your left. This is where everyone is parking, please park there and we will direct you to the cemetery. Please come early as you will need to get a visitor pass at the Welcome center if you are not already registered on Fort Knox.

Parking Instructions

Due to the limited parking space at the cemetery we will be parking everyone at the Fort Knox Golf course parking lot which is only about a quarter mile from the cemetery so please park there and you will have a short walk to the cemetery, sorry for the inconvenience.
