I am proud to Honor Seaman Carl Lewis Gibson of Palmyra, Va. He is a World War II Veteran who served in the U.S. Navy from 1946 - 1948. His sub was the USS Roncador class Balao in San Francisco California guarding the California coast. His dedication, sacrifice, courage and bravery helped protect our country. Many, many thanks to this amazing man. His integrity and love of country shine through to this day.
