Welcome to the Santa Fe National Cemetery's Wreaths Across America Page.
On Saturday, December 14, 2024 at 10AM MST, Wreaths Across America will be at Santa Fe National Cemetery to Remember and Honor our veterans through the laying of Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen loved ones.

HOW TO for GRAVE SPECIFIC....
To place a grave specific, you must click on the big red SPONSOR WREATH button, then page down and click on the GRAVE SPECIFIC tab. Once there verify that the cemetery you want to have it delivered to is correct. If you do not see your loved ones details on your receipt, then you may not have ordered correctly. Send us an email to sort it out: WAASantaFe@gmail.com Thank you for all you do to help promote and continue this mission to place a commemorative wreath at the grave of all loved ones buried at the Santa Fe National Cemetery.

In Memory Of for Richard Eugene Berry, United States Military, Honored by Santa Fe National Cemetery
Uncle Richard grew up in Deming, NM where he graduated from Deming High School. He proudly served in the United States Air Force. After the Air Force, he became a teacher. Richard retired from teaching at Gadsden Junior High School.Uncle Richard always came home with a deer on hunting trips even if everyone else was unsuccessful. He was kind, generous, and humorous. He loved teaching and helping coach tennis. He was so proud of his children and always made everyone feel see, heard, and appreciated.

In Memory Of for Ronald F. Jackson, United States Military, Honored by Santa Fe National Cemetery
Uncle Ronwas an American hero. He served his country in Vietnam where he received the Purple Heart for his bravery. He gave everything during his service, even one of his arms. Later in life he took building hot rods. He, Dad, Tom, and Manny had a blast on the Hot Rod Power Tour. He will greatly missed and never forgotten.

Directions to Cemetery
Navigation systems do an adequate job finding the Santa Fe National Cemetery at 501 N. Guadalupe Street, Santa Fe 87501. When you arrive, Volunteers will direct you to the areas for parking and to the site of the ceremony itself. Please arrive early to allow time to park and walk.
Please do not use the Handicap Parking slots unless you have a valid Handicap Placard for a person actually riding in your vehicle.
If you would like to contribute to the expense to dispose of the wreaths in January, please copy and paste, then use the group link below to place your wreath order. There is no change to your total, rather, a portion of your total contributes to the expense of removing the wreaths in January. Thank you for your consideration.

DEADLINE to order - Thanksgiving Day. To help place a wreath on as many graves as possible, please be sure to order wreaths no later then Thanksgiving Day for 2024 wreath.
REMEMBER: To have a wreath placed at a loved one's grave, you must sponsor this way>>> Click on the big red SPONSOR WREATH tab, then page down and click on the GRAVE SPECIFIC tab. Verify you have the correct cemetery at that point, then process through to your cart. If you do not see your loved one's details, the order may not have processed correctly. Parking Instructions
Parking will be along the roadways. PLEASE park on ONE SIDE ONLY. Please do not plan to use handicapped parking if the placard in the car does not belong to a rider in the car. There are many participants that are genuinely handicapped who must have close parking in order to attend. If you are not one of them, please be responsible by arriving early and parking at a little distance away so that those in need have access to the parking they need. Please arrive early to allow for time to park and walk. Dress warm, dress in layers depending on the weather.

Ceremony and Volunteer Information
Thank you for helping us with our Wreath Across America ceremony at Santa Fe National Cemetery. Please do not forget to register to volunteer! That way you will get all updates about the cemetery itself. Mark your calendars now. Next year's date will be Saturday, December 14, at 10 AM.
Order deadline is Thanksgiving Day.

REMEMBER: to order a grave specific wreath, you must see your loved ones details on your receipt or it may not have processed correctly. To process correctly: Click on the big red, SPONSOR WREATH Tab, then page down, and click on the GRAVE SPECIFIC tab. Be sure to verify the cemetery is correct at that point. Then fill in what you know.
Here are some things to remember about the ceremony:
- Everyone of all ages and backgrounds is welcome.
- Please help ensure that all participants get the opportunity to place a wreath.
- Please follow the location coordinators instructions on where to place wreaths, as well as "how" they should be placed.
- We especially appreciate volunteers willing to help clean-up in January. Please check in with the location coordinator if you are interested in helping with the clean-up.
The most important thing to remember is to have a wonderful experience participating in the ceremony and thank you so much for help Wreaths Across America achieve the mission to remember, honor and teach.
