REMEMBER the Fallen. . . HONOR those who Serve. . . TEACH our children the value of Freedom.
Welcome to the Leonard's Creek NSDAR Wreaths Across America Page.
At noon on Saturday, December 14, 2024, our chapter of the National Society Daughters of the American Revolution will be at Pilgrim Reformed Church in Lexington, NC, to remember veterans by laying live evergreen wreaths on the graves of our country's heroes buried within its historic cemetery, which includes Revolutionary-era graves.
At 3pm, we will hold a wreath-laying event at Mt. Tabor UCC in Lexington. A third event will be held at Center Welcome Church with the time to be announced.
Please help us honor as many heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you. Veterans will be recognized and are especially welcome to participate in wreath-laying.
You may also purchase extra wreaths to place on veteran graves in other locations. Pick-up will be in the cemetery following the noon event. The deadline to purchase wreaths is midnight, December 3, 2024.
Thank you so much for supporting the Leonard's Creek NSDAR and Wreaths Across America!
