The Leesburg Civil Air Patrol Composite Squadron Honor Guard will present the colors at 12:00 p.m.

Once the Honor Guard has retired the colors and Taps is played, you will be dismissed to collect your wreath from a Civil Air Patrol cadet and place it at a veteran's headstone. After you place the wreath, you'll say their name out loud and honor them with a moment of silence.
