Memory for John Huffman, Army, Honored by Green Meadow Memorial Gardens

I just lost my dear husband of 18 years recently due to brain cancer. He was so proud of his service to his country during the Vietnam War. He carried the radio in the 9th infantry of the Army. He wore his 9th infantry hat proudly. He was injured, but never received the purple heart. He spoke of his service often, although there were times he couldn't remember. Too painful. I'm so proud of him. I miss him so.

In Memory Of
by Tyra P. for Harold Kirkland , Air Force, Honored by Green Meadow Memorial Gardens

Loving Lord, bless them forever in Your eternal peace. Let the sounds of strife, the cries of battle, the wounds of war be calmed for all eternity in Your loving and endless grace. Let these great warriors find rest at last, Ever reminded that we who are left behind Cherish their spirit, honor their commitment, send them our love, and will never forget the service that they gave.
