2025 So Far
REMEMBER the Fallen. . . HONOR those who Serve. . . TEACH our children the value of Freedom.
Welcome to Granite County 4-H Club's Wreaths Across America Page.
On December 14, 2024 (See location pages for ceremony and wreath placement details), Granite County 4-H kids will be helping Philipsburg and Valley Cemeteries to Remember and Honor our veterans by laying Remembrance wreaths on the graves of our country's fallen heroes.
Philipsburg Cemetery Wreath Ceremony: 10:00am
Valley Cemetery Wreath Ceremony: 2:00pm
Each ceremony will include:
- Color Guard
- National Anthem
- Presentation of Military Branch Ceremonial Wreaths
- Special Remarks
- Playing of Taps
- Placing of wreaths on all known veteran's graves
There are 529 veterans' graves between the two cemeteries! The 4-H Clubs are proud to grow up in a county with so many who have chosen to serve our country. We want to make sure they all get honored with a wreath this year!
UPDATE: We have exceeded our goal for wreaths this year! Thank you to all who sponsored wreaths this year!
Please help us honor and remember as many fallen heroes as possible by sponsoring remembrance wreaths, volunteering on Wreaths Day, or inviting your family and friends to attend with you. The 4-H clubs will be leading the effort for Wreath Day but we hope many in our community will join us for this very special day!
Thank you so much for supporting the MT0047 - Granite County 4-H Clubs and Wreaths Across America!
