Thank you for your interest in this location. The laying of wreaths on the graves will begin at 10:00 a.m. The service to lay the ceremonial wreaths will begin at noon. We are very pleased with the response to our requests for participation in this service. The Kennebec County Sheriff's department Color Guard along with local Veterans, Rolling Thunder and Patriot Guard members, a bugler, a bagpiper, and guest speaker former Mayor John Jenkins have all agreed to participate and help us to honor our Veteran's. These participants, along with all of you, will help to make this an honorable tribute and memorial to those interred at this location.
We would like to thank the three organizations that raised funds to sponsor wreaths at our location: Sgt. Joel A. House Scholarship Fund, 37th Composite Squadron Civil Air Patrol and Waterville Composite Squadron Civil Air Patrol.
