We have partnered with Wal-Mart once again this year and they will be purchasing enough wreaths to cover the entire cemetery and because of that we will need as many volunteers, both cadets and officers to step up and help with the placement of the wreaths. We are working on getting an A-10 flyover this year as part of the ceremony and have compiled an impressive list of potential speakers (that we will attempt to get) to speak at the ceremony as well. The community is most welcome to this event and is encouraged to attend and participate, so if you have friends or family that would like to help out, then bring them with you

What date is the laying of the wreaths this year. The Viet Nam Vets/Legacy Vets Motorcycle Club will be there to help lay the wreaths as last year. A big Thank You to Wal-Mart for their donation and to all who put this event on.

Fred,

The ceremony will be held on 12 December 2009 at 11:00 AM. Parking will be at a premium this year as we expect close to 1000 people to be in attendance. I appreciate the efforts of The Viet Nam Vets/Legacy Vets Motorcycle Club and look forward to meeting you all on the 12th. Your presence and actions do honor for all fallen comrades and to those still serving actively in the armed forces. We the survivors of all the wars and campaigns ever fought owe it to those that gave their all to remember their sacrifices and honor their memory. See you on the 12th

I wanted to say thank you for the wreaths that are placed in the National Cemeteries. My son is buried in the Fayetteville National Cemetary, and it was so amazing to see all the wreaths being laid with such honor at each individual grave.

Sandee,

You are most welcome. It has been an honor to have worked with the Wreaths Across America program the last 4 years and to be able to pay tribute and honor those Veterans, like your son, that have given their full measure of service to this country, especially during the Holiday Season. Thank You for your continued support an I hope to see you at the ceremony again this year
